We are now seeking an Operation Project Engineer. As an Operations project engineer you will manage the manufacturing and production testing of Treon products in high volume mass production. Together with your colleagues you take pride in high quality and reliability. You work in project teams that includes professionals of multiple areas. To succeed you need to work closely together and support each other.

Qualifications:
- BSc or MSc in Engineering or other relevant degree
- Prior industrial experience in Quality management, or Design & development, or Industrial Engineering, or component Engineering
- Basic understanding and ability to learn and utilise information around all the areas of the product (software, hardware, mechanics)
- Ability to utilize knowledge around the product and production to minimise risks and ensure efficient change management
- Willingness to take responsibility
- Customer service attitude and ability to solve problems
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 Products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the verification and documentation of changes to HW and SW (Releases for new versions, ECN's, production tester verification etc) together with Engineering
- Managing the cost reduction efforts during the product lifetime together with the suppliers and engineering
- Solving the potential yield issues together with the suppliers
- Driving improvements to products and production processes based on the field feedback together with Support, Engineering and suppliers.
- Assessing the internal & external capabilities with prompt business case
- Facilitating timely design/proposal review with R&D and Suppliers to ensure design for manufacturability
- Capturing and maintaining lessons learnt
We also appreciate
Knowledge in Lean and certified in Lean Six sigma Yellow/Green belt
Knowledge in PPAP and change management
PM fundamentals and PM tools & techniques would be an asset
