We are now seeking a Network and Systems Administrator / IT specialist. We are looking for a technically versatile individual to take ownership of our IT infrastructure and support operations. The primary focus of this role is IT, but if you have the skills and interest, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to software development tasks.

Qualifications, Core Technologies & Skills:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Networking: Firewalls, routing, switches, VLANs, MACsec, VPN
- Linux server administration: Configuration, hardening, monitoring
- Authentication & Authorization: RADIUS, OAuth2
- Automation & Scripting: Bash, Python, Ansible
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-centric mindset.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with security and infrastructure monitoring tools
- Familiarity with Cisco IOS XE
- Experience managing Microsoft Office365 environments
- Solid understanding of Windows OS troubleshooting
- Knowledge of cloud cost optimization strategies
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, monitor, and maintain the company IT network infrastructure
Set up and manage laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices
Administer and maintain Linux-based servers
Manage data backups and ensure recovery readiness
Troubleshoot and optimize system performance and reliability
Support software development tasks (front-end and back-end) as needed
