We are now seeking a Vibration Analyst / Data Scientist. You are the subject matter expert on vibration analytics for rotating equipment providing key contribution to our AI team to develop machine learning algorithms. Algorithms will automate vibration analytics to detect and characterize early-stage faults in a wide range of rotating equipment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management and sales.

Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Strong competence and practical experience in vibration analytics and condition monitoring of rotating equipment.
Certification in vibration analysis (e.g., ISO Category II or III) or proven equivalent experience.
Knowledge and experience of other condition monitoring techniques, such as Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) and oil analysis.
Understanding of industrial maintenance operations is preferred.
Skills:
- Proficiency in common tools for vibration data collection and analysis.
- Ability to transfer knowledge of vibration analytics basic and advanced concepts into automated ML-based analytics.
- Basic understanding of software development concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of maintenance and reliability standards.
- Expert in machinery diagnostics.
- Passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop algorithms with ML development team to automate vibration analytics.
- Contribute to developing both software and hardware products for industrial condition monitoring and predictive maintenance as substance matter expert on vibration analytics and rotating equipment.
- Software and hardware product validation in the area of vibration measurement and analysis. Create test environments for vibration analysis development and product verification.
- Analyse customer vibration data to detect, characterise and prevent faults. Create automated report concepts and produce reports for customers on the condition of their equipment.
- Develop company competence in vibration analysis, rotating equipment and industrial maintenance.
- Deploy monitoring solutions to customer premises and train others to do it.
