We are now seeking a Frontend developer. As a Frontend developer you will design, develop and test frontend software to Treon Connect and other cloud products. You work in project teams that include professionals of multiple areas. To succeed you need to work closely together and support each other.

Qualifications and skills

Degree in software engineering or equivalent diploma
Experience in Frontend software development
Frontend development skills like :

• HTML/CSS: Fundamental for structuring and styling web pages.
• JavaScript: Essential for creating interactive elements on websites.
• Frontend Frameworks: Knowledge of frameworks like React is crucial for building dynamic user interfaces. Redux RTK knowledge is valuable.
• TypeScript: Ensures type safety and robust code, making the creation of interactive web elements both reliable and maintainable.
• Frontend Libraries:
• Charts: Leverage powerful visualization tools like ECharts, Apex Charts, and Cytoscape for creating dynamic and data-rich visualizations.
• Maps: Utilize Leaflet for intuitive and interactive mapping experiences.
• Component Library: Enhance UI/UX consistency and speed up development with Material UI.
• Component Development Environment:
• Storybook: Streamlines the development of modular, reusable components in isolation, enabling efficient testing and collaboration
• Knowledge on Micro Frontend

Ability to design and consume RESTful APIs.
Experience in software version control (e.g. GIT)
Experience in CI/CD
Ability to work with remote teams and other team members
Strong problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
Good spoken and written English

Key tasks

Design, develop, and maintain software systems
System design: Collaborate with team members to understand requirements
Contribute to frontend architectures and define software components and modules
Build the user interface (UI) components of the software application. Working with large dataset for visualisation, handling different errors gracefully and taking care of edge cases.
Conduct unit testing, participate in integration testing, and end-to-end testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the software. 
Troubleshooting issues, and fixing bugs to ensure the software runs smoothly.
