As Growth Marketing Manager, you own the growth and automation initiatives to generate demand in Treon’s target markets. With your solid understanding of the martech stack you create, execute, and measure marketing campaigns as part of the marketing team and work closely with our Business Development and Sales teams.

Qualifications and skills

• Proven work experience (2-5 years) in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, inbound marketing, marketing automation, or similar areas.
• Bachelor / Master's degree in marketing or a relevant field.
• Proficient in data-driven marketing and well versed in related tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Optimize, HubSpot, Leadfeeder)
• The ability to manage SEO, SEM, social media marketing campaigns.
• A knack for identifying target audiences and knowing where to find them to encourage engagement and conversions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Most importantly, a creative and proactive attitude towards growth marketing, with hunger to learn more and get better.

Key tasks

• Manage and execute marketing campaigns to help acquire new customers and drive traffic towards our website.
• Improve audience expansion and customer lifetime value together with the aim of reducing acquisition costs.
• Craft compelling campaign messages and content such as email, landing pages, webinars, blog posts, paid social, ads.
• Ideate, test, and validate new propositions, content, channels, and campaigns with growth tactics (including traffic, activation, and conversion rate optimization), as well as workflows for re-engagement, upselling or cross-selling campaigns.
• Track campaign performance to tweak workflows, use data to solve challenges and identify content opportunities.
• Collaborate with the other teams to meet specific KPIs related to lead capturing, meetings secured, opportunities created, and revenue closed.
